EDEN APARTMENT

The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable with everything you’d need in the kitchen for a short stay. The tv also worked with Netflix etc which was handy for our little girl. The location was good, only a 10/15 minute walk to the old town. Located next to a shopping centre which has a mini supermarket inside.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property, our only issue was that it was cold inside and took us a while to figure out how to adjust the temperature. Again not a dislike, We had a suitcase and pushchair and managed ok but if you have mobility issues there is no lift to get your luggage up to the apartment.

Excellent location and apartment was first class.

- Communication with the host was/is operative and objective. - The apartment is large, well equipped, relatively quiet (one evening we heard the neighbors bit partying), well located, clean, .... - Good and cheap (3€ per day + 3€ per night) parking is right opposite the entrance gate across the road - Europark, zone DB, Brivibas iela 44. - The Galleria Riga department store (including the Rimi grocery store) is located in the same building complex as the apartment. - There are many good places to eat nearbye, including sea inspired cafe Zivju Lete or the mediterranean restaurant Riviera. However, the best experience for us is and remains The three chefs restaurant (3 pavāru restorāns) in the old town.

Maybe problematic for some (older) people .... We managed! :) - There are 3 different codes (gate, stairwell, apartment key) for contactless entry. - If there are a lot of things like we had (including 2 electric scooters :lol), then carrying all the stuff to the 3rd floor is quite challenging -no elevator. - We missed a stove with an oven or microwave (and shoe spoon or we just couldn't find it ;)).

Everything was perfect.
