Travelers Heaven City Center

Convenient location, near the bus and train stations, and also very close to the old town. We asked for a later checkout, the host gladly agreed without any additional charge.

Location was good, close to the airport bus drop off place and the international bus station. The room was almost perfectly clean, but I could see some dust here and there.

It was incredibly noisy. One night couldn’t sleep because of the seagulls, other nights I was disturbed by the noise inside the building, music and party noise. Wasn’t sure if it was from the hotel or other floors but it doesn’t matter at the end. Also I booked the room for £181 but I was charged for almost £200. I simply couldn’t see where the difference was coming from, if the price didn’t include tax it should have been clearly explained at the time of booking, but it wasn’t.

The location was good. If people needed it, there was a washing machine.

I did not enjoy my stay. Reasons were: I slept on a sofa, not a real bed, it was not clean (found hairs on the bathroom floor, dusty), Internet connection was bad and slow, had to use stairs to get there, no window or dustbin in the very small bathroom. I tried to shorten my stay, which they did not accept. Of course I understand what because it is all about the money but I have seen much more flexibility in and understanding during my extensive travels.

Property had everything that was needed in my stay. There were all kitchen amentities, including lots of different spices, oil, sugar and Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. There were clean and soft towels, clean sheets and clean bathroom with shower gel and shampoo. Also, smart tv with Netflix and Youtube. Location was also wonderful! All the tourist atractions are reachable by foot.

One downside - very poor sound isolation, I could hear all the doors being slammed and all the neighbours’ conversations

Modern, comfortable apartment. Gets lovely afternoon sun in May, at least, which warms the room up beautifully. Very good location, 500m or so to the old town. Less than 1km to a variety of restaurants. Very close to the bus and train stations. Supermarkets not far away.
