Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta, tuvu parki, iepirkšanās centri, transports. Laipna saimniece, telpas tīras un ērtas, virtuvē viss iespējamais, lai pagatavotu ēdienu. Ceram, ka uz pilsētas svētkiem nebūs pārāk augsta cena.

Autostāvvietas pieejamība, kas pirmais brauc, tas pirmais novieto savu auto labākā vietā. Bet brīvdienās, nedaudz tālāk var auto novietot bezmaksas jebkurā vietā, kur atļauts stāvēt.
