"Uz to brīdi bija labs price/performance, jo bija nolaista cena."

Pēc lūguma nodrošināt, lai telpas būtu siltas, tās bija pa tiešām siltas. Viss nepieciešamais ir uz vietas. Nekas netrūka. Iela ar mazu noslodzi - nav ielas trokšņu. Iespēja auto novietot slēgtā pagalmā. Laipna saimniece.

Apartamenta durvis plānas un skan cauri kāpņutelpa, ir dzirdamas skaļākas sarunas no kaimiņu apartamenta. Guļamistabā kaimiņi nebija dzirdami kā arī tie pieklājīgā laikā devās pie miera. Kopumā trokšņi netraucēja.
