非常安靜的住宅區，離國際通主要街道約10分鐘路程。如果要逛壺屋通就非常方便，約3分鐘即可抵達。 雖然浴室比較狹窄，但房內設施一應俱全，價格相對國際通的熱門住宿也便宜許多，並且附設免費車位。 推薦給不在意走比較遠路程的旅客。（需注意沒有電梯，需要爬樓梯搬行李）

“Free parking” but we were removed from our spot for 4 days of our stay. No hot water. Bed was uncomfortable.
