Brassy apartment

Everything. It was a pleasure to stay here.

It's not really a criticism but most days someone was cutting the lawn in the neighbourhood and so it was hard to nap but that's obviously not anyone's fault and it's not really a big deal. The apartment is wonderful.

Really spacious, provided lots of stuff like cereal and other pantry staples, usable kitchen with utensils etc, and a great little supermarket across the road. Good communication with host too. Good value for money.

Stairs. So. Many. Stairs. Really annoying having to go up and get the parking pass. To and then come back down again to put it on the car and then immediately go back up again... And then the same when leaving too, go down to car and then have to go back up again to outback the parking pass 🤦 They really need to have the parking pass in a lock code box outside or something. The flat is also really far from town, which wouldn't be too bad but it's also quite far from any public transport links too so it's quite the trek to get the tram into town which is a shame. We don't mind a walk, but it's not really the most interesting walk either, mostly just suburban flats and concrete. Inside the flat was kind of an odd colour scheme, there is a dark feature wall, and ceiling that, maybe subjectively some people would like, but I didn't, and it makes the place look smaller than it really is too which is an odd choice, but hey, it doesn't matter really... What does matter though is that they have lack it curtains on the big window but not on the window in the kitchen whcib is also massive and basically in the same space 🤣 so it's gets really, I mean REALLY bright in the morning as soon as the sun comes up, so bring a face mask if you're a light sleeper. Also can be a bit noisy as there a dogs in the area and a children's playground right downstairs, but I didn't find it too bad, some people might not like it though.
