1. Paplūdimys vos už kiemo - tikras privalumas! 2. Yra viskas, ko reikia patogiam ir ilgesniam apsistojimui (viryklė ir indai). 3. Jokių priekaištų - viskas puiku.

Tai ne minusas, bet gal kam bus aktualu: butas ketvirtame aukšte, o automobilių stovėjimo vietų, atsižvelgiant į gyventojų skaičių, yra mažoka.

Sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet inkl. Waschmaschine. Supermarkt direkt nebenan, Parkmöglichkeit vor der Tür.

Lage auf den ersten Blick nicht so schön, viele Hochhäuser.
