The apartment is about a 2-minute walk from the main center, so the location is convenient from that perspective. However, there is a casino directly across from the apartment that operates 24/7, meaning you can hear people even at night.

The courtyard and the main shared hallway are not very pleasant. Please keep in mind that it is an old building, and the façade reflects its age.
