Garden house

It was very cosy, clean. Especially liked the garden where we could relax.

It was very hot in Daugavpils these days. So it we would be nice if there was some kind of air conditioning.

It have a good location and it was clean. Good parking. JUst we was saw 3 room at pictures, but actualy there was just to room where we can sleap.

Room was just two but in pictures was three.

Not far from the tram line to reach the city center, we also liked that there was a private parking option.

We didn’t really like that one of the bedrooms was connected to the kitchen and if you wanted to get to the bathroom then you’d have to go through the other bedroom so forget about privacy while staying here. Our major concern was the cleanliness of the place! Floors were clearly not cleaned and the bathroom was not cleaned properly either. I literally ended up cleaning up the floors and every surface except the walls in the bathroom! Very disappointing, disgusting and frustrating! I’ve never seen anything like that before and was quite surprised to see that this place was highly rated, if I knew it would be like this when we stayed over then I’d not have selected this particular place. Also the cabinet in one of the bedrooms is full what seems like personal stuff so that is very unprofessional… I beg owners to rethink how they are hosting people cause it can leave a very bad taste in your mouth while visiting certain locations so it doesn’t help at all to promote tourism, especially in an underdeveloped region like Latgale.

The pication was very good for what we needed accommodation for

The one big negative for me were loud neighbours. Loud music every night, child yelling and running around every single night. I had a hard time closing my eyes in the evening because of all that noise.
