You need the gate remote to open the gate when you leave the parking lot when checking out. However, the remote also has to be returned to the key locker, which is located at the entrance to the building. This means that you have to drive out of the parking lot first, park outside, and then walk back to the entrance to return the remote and the key. It would be more convenient if the key locker were located closer to the parking space, but it’s not too big of a problem. :)

LVLVA very up to date and beautiful building, reserved parking spot in a gated area. The apartment was very beautifully designed and had all the necessities for even a longer stay! The owner gave detailed information on how to get in the apartment which I really appreciated! 😊
