Riga Old Town Souvenir Apartment

The property was an excellent location- right on the street corner of a busy square. The apartment was well equipped with things such as hairdryer and washing up liquid which was handy. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of spare bedding. We had a late flight arriving but check in was made easy due to a lock box for the keys

The only downside was the property was on the fifth floor and there was no elevator.

The apartment was located in the center of old Riga, it was clean and cozy, next time when I'll be in Riga, I will probably check the availability of this apartment. I did not have any issues with the apartment, I was sleeping on the sofa and it wasn't horrible as people were leaving comments, and actually it wasn't too cold I don't like when it is hot, but the temperature was ok, so the price for the location and quality of the apartment is completely fair.

There was an issue with some people outside of the building, since it is the center, it's completely understandable that there are people walking from bars and homeless people around, that's the price of staying in the center.

The location is just perfect, in the very heart of Old Riga. The flat is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Arrival is easy as there is a key box. The apartment is large enough for up to 4 people in 2 separate rooms (bedroom and living room). The place is well equipped. When we were there it was very quiet, but as neighbouring apartments are also for rent, it depends on who lives next door. We did not meet Aleks but he reacted quickly to any message we sent.

There was no toilet paper but I understand this was just an exceptional case. No big issue as there are all kinds of shops very close.

Cosy, comfortable, light.

Amazing location. Everything you would want inside. More than enough space for a family of 4. Would definitely return.

The amount of stairs to the 4th floor however we were fuly aware before we arrived. It kept us fit I guess.

spacious, clean property in the middle of the old town. lots of restaurants, bars and art galleries around. good price

we visited in December and the heating was not sufficient. we also run out of hot water a couple of times. slow internet connection
