Ottima posizione, parcheggio libero vicino. Buone le dimensioni dell'appartamento ed anche la presenza dell'ascensore in uno stabile vecchio

Certamente investirei sul bagno, ma soprattutto sui mobili, piuttosto vecchi e cercherei di cambiare il letto quando i materassi sono troppo stretti per le dimensioni del bordo.

The owners kindly picked us up at the train station when we arrived and brought us back to the station on the day of our departure. They also had the courtesy to print a one page document one of us had received via email and needed in paper version.

There were insects in the apartment. These insects tormented us at night, in both bedrooms. After two nights of being bitten by these unspecified insects we texted the owner about the problem. She told us that the mattresses in both bedrooms were new. We then consulted a local pharmacy to seek to identify the insects and get treatment. The pharmacist recommended various preventive and curative remedies, which we used and that unfortunately were ineffective. On the day of our departure, when the owners kindly picked us up to take us to the station, we told them again about the insect problem and the seriousness and extensiveness of the bites they inflicted on us. The owners said that they were sorry about our experience and blamed it on poor insect management by the town. One of us had such a severe version of the insect bites that she sought medical care upon arrival at home. After the physician put her on a cortisone treatment she emailed the owners about her condition, with documentation of the insect bites, and recommended that they treat the apartment for insects before renting it to new guests. The owners again expressed their regret at our experience with the insects but dismissed it as a unique unlucky case, possibly related to our being in Spoleto during an especially hot week. We disagree. We think that the apartment should be fumigated to remove insects and that insect nets should be installed on windows. Since that does not seem to be the course taken by the owners, we decided to write this review, to warn future guests about the insect-bite risk that they expose themselves to, when they rent Dimora Lucrezia.

Ambiente spazioso e 'vissuto' quasi i ns ospiti si fossero allontanati provvisoriamente per lasciarci a disposizione la loro casa con libri e foto che ci dicono qualcosa dei loro interessi, dei loro gusti, della loro vita. Siamo sempre stati fuori per i vari spettacoli del festival quindi abbiamo goduto l'appartamento per una doccia, cambiarci e dormire. Non c'era l'aria condizionata ma seguendo le istruzioni del ns. ospite non abbiamo sofferto il caldo

The location was perfect. The apartment was in a lovely safe old building and a shirt walk up the hill to be amongst all the shops and restaurants and cafes. It was warm and comfortable and full of Nic nav’s and very well equipped.

Great location and free parking nearby spoleto is a beautiful place to visit and very friendly people.

No air con

Well position apartment with free parking available at the bottom of the street. Only a short walk downhill to two supermarkets and only a short, but steep, walk uphill to restaurants. Apartment is a bit dark inside but get out and explore Spoleto instead. Wifi very poor but this is a feature of these hill towns.
