I’ve stayed in several vacation rentals over the years, but this is the first one where leaving truly felt like leaving my own home. I don’t even know where to begin with the praise — the owners are exceptionally kind, the rooms are spacious and each has a balcony, and the large, partially covered terrace was a real highlight of our stay. Of course, the photos show the property well, but what they cannot capture is the atmosphere of this quiet Italian town (we were there in early September). Everything you might need is within easy reach: beaches (both sandy and rocky — though for the really rocky ones it’s best to have your own transport), shops, restaurants, and a nearby larger town with attractions at any time of day. I’m already considering coming back.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Of course, it’s a house, so small issues could happen, but we didn’t encounter any, and we felt the owners would be helpful even with minor problems. It’s not about luxury here, but about feeling at home — warm, practical and welcoming.

Maison mitoyenne, la partie louée est au premier étage, avec une grande terrasse au 2e étage, (dont nous ne nous sommes pas servies), offrant une belle vue. Deux chambres, 1 lit simple et 1 double, 2 balcons, salle d’eau, cuisine ouverte (pas de grille - pain, ni d’essoreuse à salade ni de verres à vin, mais beaucoup de casseroles et poêles) avec table à manger et canapé. Second étage en mezzanine avec 4 lits simples et une salle d’eau. Climatisation dans chaque pièce, y compris la mezzanine. Nos hôtes nous ont offert 1 bouteille de vin, du pesto d’asperges, des pâtes et un coulis de tomates. Places de parking en épis en face de l’appartement (facilement garable en septembre). La plage est à 200 mètres, avec parasols et sunbeds à louer (15 € pour 2 personnes) : nous n’y sommes pas allées. Grand hypermarché à 15 minutes de voiture.

Good location near the beach, well equipped and comfortable, with a very nice roof terrace

A good location close to Manfredonia which is very quiet in October. The apartment is on two levels with a large roof terrace that wasn't really usable in Autumn, but could probably be a super asset in the summer. The hostess Laura was very responsive and hospitable. The apartment was very clean, although the showers could have used some maintenance. Security is first class and the underground garage really useful and usable. Parking opposite the apartment was also always possible during our stay. Fast,stable Internet.

The showers could use some technical attention. The apartment has mostly the old-style electrical sockets that don't accept SCHUKO plugs without an adapter. Minor points that prevent a 10- rating.
