Wonderful apartment for a couple or a single person. The place in winter was very quiet, especially, given it is just opposite of an osteria. Annamaria, the host, was fully communicative and there were little extras such as water, juice, and plenty of coffee that were welcome. Ostunia is a stunning, bewildering, and magical place to visit. So the visitor should be aware that finding any site can be complicated especially via GPS. With baggage it can actually be very hard to climb up and down numerous steps so the best trick is to find the main square, la piazza de la libertà, and proceed in the direction of the Cathedral. There are fewer obstacles to get to Annamaria's apartment.

Great location, from the rooftops you can watch people enjoying themselves in the nearby restaurants and bars, with a view on the valley and beach on the other side. The inside is perfectly sound proof, completely isolated from the lively narrow streets outside.

The stairs inside the apartment aren't the easist to go up and down when you're tall or when you need to go to the restroom in the middle of the night, but that's normal like the stairs inside the old city of Ostuni, so feels authentic.

Beautiful, clean property and amazing location! Such a lovely vibe outside in the evenings with all the restaurants nearby. Annamaria was a great host, so helpful and communicative. The terraces were perfect to relax on with a glass of wine!

The apartment is right in the center of Ostuni in a really good location. The apartment was really clean, cozy and just right for two. The apartment can accommodate four people, but then there is no space at all for luggage. There are no wardrobes in the apartment, so clothes must be kept in bags. Upstairs there is a double bed in a really sweet alcove. The bed was very good for sleeping and the apartment stayed cool thanks to the air conditioning. There is access to the terrace from the upper floor through a low window. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The terrace is on two floors and it was absolutely wonderful! Immediately behind the front door is a restaurant and a bar where music plays quite loudly in the evening until 00:30. However, the sounds are not carried inside at all. When the door closes, it becomes completely silent.

We did not receive instructions from the host in advance, except when we asked for them ourselves. The host also sometimes responded slowly. We have to ask everything becouse we did not hear from host at all and in the house there is no instructions at all where to park car or anything. We also didn't know that the car couldn't get close, and we were surprised that the suitcases had to be dragged up the steep, long stairs. My husband is in good shape and could carry the bags, but the stairs are not suitable for people with poor physical condition or limited mobility. It is also good to know that cheaper parking fills up quickly already in the morning. Another private parking area is also available next to it, but its price is 15 euros a night.

The location was excellant in the heart of the nicest part of Ostuni. The terrace was beautiful to enjoy the sunshine.

Small details like tea towels, additional glassware & Ironing facilities would have been great as we had a longer stay. But all minor issues. The apartment was great!
