La propreté, les équipements, la proximité des commerces et transports, le calme.

L'eau chaude met trop longtemps à venir dans la salle de bain et dans la cuisine, pas de chauffage ni de chausson, peu de meubles dans les chambres pour poser les affaires, pas de prises dans la cuisine pour brancher le micro-ondes sur le plan de travail. L'escalier est difficile à monter car les marchés ne sont pas de la même hauteur.
