Appartamento Oristano città

Very quiet location, parking available on the street without issues, apartment has everything one might need and it is extremely clean, the terrace was fun to use and it is sheltered from the elements. Mario was the kindest host.

It is well placed to walk into the old town along a nice shopping street. It is so neat, clean and organised. Honestly in 17 years of Home Exchanging and 30 years of renting we have never stayed anywhere so immaculately clean and Mario has thought of everything to turn what is essentially a small space into a comfortable, cosy and practical little home from home. The air-conditioning works wonderfully (we only needed one unit but there are two). Mario is also full of information about the local area and we had this facinating conversation in a mix of English, French, Spanish and Italian. Wish we were mutually fluent in one so we could have understood more, especially on the local archeology. If you are a couple looking for a base for a few days in the area its perfect. No problem for us but it is top floor.

Appartamento molto confortevole, ben arredato e ben accessoriato. Aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti. Un terrazzo coperto, attrezzato e vivibile dove poter fare splendide colazioni con il fresco della mattina e cene con la luce del tramonto. Posizione ottima sia per la vicinanza ai supermercati o negozi per tutte le esigenze sia per muoversi verso le spiagge o altre città. Proprietari molto accoglienti e disponibili, che ringrazio di cuore. Sono stata davvero bene!

We liked everything. Occasionally you come across a real gem and this is one of them. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, spacious lots of space. Simply excellent.

Nothing to dislike. I won't say anything about the stairs because it's clearly stated in the apartment description. Well worth the effort. Go there, We would again without doubt.

Very clean and very close to the centre and amenities.

Super clean and comfortable, well supplied, wonderful helpful host, walkable to old town and good base for exploring the area. Great AC and outdoor space.

The Host was very, very friendly. The Apartment clean with everything you need. WiFi is very good and the apartment close by to the shopping Mall and Bus Station. Our Hosts Made our stay perfect. Thanks a lot!!
