Comme à la maison, en plein coeur de Marrakech

We liked everything about the property: location is great as it’s less than 20 min walk to medina, close to everything, shops, headdresses, hamams, restaurants, coffee shops. The area is beautiful. The flat has everything you need, it’s modern and clean, the beds are very comfortable, there’s WiFi, smart tv, super comfortable sofas in the sitting room! But the most important was the friendliest and the most caring host, Latifa, who offered to pick us up from the airport, made sure we had everything we needed. She checked on us during our stay if there’s anything else we needed and made us really feel at home! We absolutely loved our stay in Marrakech and will definitely come again and stay in the property! It’s a great place!

There’s nothing to dislike.

Amazing service, very kind owner, very clean room and warm in cold night. relatively close to the center.

The location was brilliant, close to restaurants, salons, and shopping malls. Also, it is not too far from the airport. The owner was very nice.

Rude staff. The property was infested with ants the entire time. The fact that the ad said there was a salt water pool, but there's none, and when I asked about this, I was referred to as being 'too needy' that if I wanted a Palace there are some going for $300 per night. Also, the ad said there was a washing machine, which was also confirmed when i asked before the trip, again,there was none. This led to arguments that the owner kindly tried to resolve by offering an alternative pool, which I declined, but I took the option to get our clothes washed as I wasn't going to travel back with dirty clothes. I guess what I am saying is please check that they have the facilities listed before you commit, so there's no disappointment and make sure to check if the person assigned to your apartment understands the language you speak as the lady I got didn't speak or understand English.

Axel, the apartment owner, kindly met us at the railway station and pointed out city hi-lights, including good restaurants, in route to his apartment. He was very communicative and helpful during our 5 day stay, even assisting with a medical issue by providing doctor and pharmacy contacts and arranging for a blood pressure monitor. Truly outstanding customer service! The 2 bedroom apartment is located in a quiet area close to old town, good restaurants, large grocery store and other tourist facilities. Comfortable beds, good wi-fi and air-conditioning. Kitchen would benefit from improved lighting and a few new cooking utensils. My wife and I would definitely stay at Axel’s apartment again.

Nothing of importance.

It was near both the old and new towns, local supermarket, mama Africa around the corner is a good place to have a cooling lemonade or a hearty luch/dinner.

Apartment was a bit jaded, bathroom needs a proper shower/refresh. No kettle (but there was a pan and stove). Balcony was tiny!
