"Very nice place for a short stay."

We arrived late and even though we didn't have cell coverage at the time and no wifi, we were able to speak with Lavern with a remote call through the property doorbell. She promptly gave us instructions on how to enter the house and how to get to our room. Extremely friendly. The house is beautiful and well located with private parking.

The entire space very Clean and fresh and felt like home with Christmas tree🥰. My room was comfortable & very clean, with AC, big bed and nice mirror. Bathroom clean and fresh and modern. Close proximity to town, I will definitely be going back 😁😁😁🥰

No hot water 😔…..getting that would be just perfect

I didn’t get what I reserved there was No Beach like it stated I didn’t have a view had to deal with property owners grandson which was an 8 year old boy very disrespectful no hot water back door wouldn’t lock housekeeping never came and I was there nearly 2 weeks was accused by owner for smoking but I don’t smoke I was supposed to have 2 bedrooms only gave me one

Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful time at Lavern‘s Place! Lavern was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately we stayed there just for one night but everything was absolutely perfect. We can definetly recommend this place and would come back here next time. Thank you so much!!

Lovely house, very Clean. My room was comfortable & very clean, with AC, & ceiling fan.,that was a plus 😊! I just love the shower 🚿 unit.,hot and cold! The owner, Mrs Lavern was mostly on hand, willing to answer any questions. She made me feel like a member of the family and not like a paying guest 😊! I would go there again, with out a doubt. Hoping to take my wife next time. By the way; the sheets and other bedding 🛌 was super clean and so was the towels! The cleaner did a great job in keeping the place Clean!The bed in my room was huge!! I had no trouble with parking and it was FREE 😁!

Nothing to dislike. 😍!
