Siamo stati molto bene,la struttura era ben organizzata pulita et in ordine.. La posizione è ideale per visitare tutta Marrakech. Non dimentico di ringraziare I responsabile dell accoglienza

The host is brilliant and I have stayed in this apartment a number of times. Thank you for being nice. However, there are a few things that need doing urgently. The lighting and electrics need to be assessed and if necessary need replacing. I know this will cost money but this is about safety. Also, the air conditioned units either need replacing or servicing. I went when it was fairly cold in marrakesh and only one of the three units puts out warm air! There was one heater in the property which suggests that I was not the first person to mention this but it is simply not big enough to warm the whole room. The windows do not close properly so it can be drafty. Also, a reevaluation of the kitchen, there are chipped plates, old cutlery which could do with a refresh. Please do not get me wrong, the property is acceptable but with any business regular and effective maintenance is necessary to keep good scores. I would come back to the property and I would not let this review deter people just really for the owners to do what is necessary.

The host's representative was exceptional, the lady not sure her name. The place is large, clean and well located. The cleaning staff were lovely.

I really would urge the owner to the do the following 1) Please sort the electrics out, some switches do not work, some of the lights are intermittent, 2) please do a deep clean especially in the kitchen, some of the cuboards when you open them are sticky and lack of clearning materials 3) make sure the electrics blinds and windows are working and closing properly. I have stayed in this twice now over an 18 month period and the same problems have not been rectified. If the host wants to maintain a good score some investment must be made.
