The location isn't bad. The apartment is big. Finally the bedroom sizes are ok.

The lack of communication as far as construction going on outside the property. The lack of foresight and willingness to inform us water would be cut off daily at some point in the morning and last the whole day. I didn't like the inability to pay online. I was asked for cash, and when I paid the full amount, I received a message saying I didn't pay the full amount, but it was OK. I replied that was inaccurate. I requested proof of payment, and I was looked at as if I had 3 heads. The bathroom lock is broken. And so is the elevator. Which didn't work unless one of the guests climbed to the 2 or 3 floor to bring the elevator down. Then the elevator broke on our last 2 days. The response from management was a simple "sorry". When I offered then the chance to make up for some of their shortcoming by asking to get an extra Dat at a discounted price. I was told "no". Traveling with my 1 yr old son was challenging at this location.

Great host picked me up from airport took me straight to the apartment, adil is fluent in English French and Arabic which was helpful. Apartment was very spacious very clean with hot water directly from hot tap. Location is excellent literally outside souk Al had and food market. A short taxi journey 2 the beach (7mins costing a pound). Restaurant and various shops on your doorstep. Very quiet area was very pleased with the overall experience. Thanks adil 😊

Very friendly and nice person show us the appartement and give us the keys. Big appertment with comfortable beds and a lot of space in the appertment.

No Internet! I would recommand that the host provide an internet access.
