Location was perfect. Facilities were complete.

The price was low.

There were a few cockroaches in the room, though the host provided cockroach trap and did catch one, still, the presence of cockroaches made the stay quite uncomfortable.

Very convenient. Nothing too luxurious or spacious but just enough to exist in a good manner.

The washing rope broke... The towels were still in the washing mashine and not on our bed or something - so it was not clear if they had been washed or not.

The instructions are clear, the place also easy to navigate. The neighborhood also quiet and the place itself is quiet big compared to staying at hotels or hostels😅 The place also has quite a lot amenities (towels, hangers, soap, shampoo) washing machines, even some leftover stuff from other guests I think (like cold tissue, some other stuff) which we found it very useful haha The wifi is fast bcs I spend 2 whole days on zoom meetings and got no problem at all! It’s very close to train station, you can find more than enough to cover your necessities such as, 7-11, meal shop (origin kitchen) which is you can get discounts on certain hours, supermarket, laundry, everything. And everything is cheaper compared to if u stay in the city! It was a bit of long commute if you want to explore main Tokyo, but I wasn’t mind bcs we can easily get access to train stations and bus stop :)

The staircase and toilet got no bidet :( It’s a bit hassle for me with my big luggage but it’s still okay, there’s no bidet but I ended up using the shower head 😅

Everything

All the basic stuff for daily needs was available. It was a studio apartment, so complete privacy was there.
