Hongdae Residence 3 - 1min from Hongik Uni station Exit #1

Superb location! Literally right next to Hongik subway station. Room is clean, well equipped, and spacious for 2 people. There’s big fridge, sink, and washer; really suitable for long stays. The manager can communicate in English and is very helpful.

Half of the curtain in our room has only translucent fabric (like the thick fabric part is half gone lol). So, at night, the light from the advertisements outside can come in. Idk if it’s intentional or it is just my room.

Loved the location. Close to the subway, restaurants and shopping. The manager was very attentive and let us store our luggage in his office after checkout and before our flight.

Our directions to the location and room were confusing, but we figured it out. I would suggest using the Duncan Donuts shop as a reference for Americans.

The residence was very accessible to Hongik Univ Station. It’s also right across the Hongdae street so guests may explore anytime they want. There was a Dunkin Donuts branch in the lobby, so it’s easy to get coffee. Overall, the location and the ambiance was great! The residence manager was easy to talk to as well.

I’m really impressed about this resident, the location was perfect literally connect with metro so it was so super convenient for us to go out and traveling around, room also clean and neat and good smell also provided by facility which really useful for us ,moreover the service of the host was amazing, he helped me transfer the bag to the room while we’re early checkin on that day.Thank you so much for all of this

Facilities provided were excellent. Location was super convenient. Everything one would need on a travel was found in the apartment - things like hairdryer, washer, charging cables (no need to bring a travel adaptor!) etc. We were even allowed to check in a couple of hours earlier when the host told us the room was ready. During our stay, the host also checked in with us via message a few times to check if everything was good, which was much appreciated! He was always very prompt with his replies and was very helpful when we have questions. As it was World Cup season, we required support to switch the TV sources to watch the live broadcast and he was so quick to reply. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to stay here again the next time we are back!^^
