Cozy, comfortable, clean apartment in the city center. Easy and very helpful communication with host in English via WhatsApp. They contacted us before our arrival and gave us all the information needed for checkin. Upon arrival the building itself looked very old, but once you enter the apartment everything changes. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Although in the middle of the city it is very calm and you can relax. Big recommendation.

No parking area

The location is accessible to everything, peaceful neighborhood and newly renovated interior. The host is responsive and helpful.

The apartment is rarely new and close to eating place and cafes.

It's a bit difficult to find as no proper instruction given with video or photo.

Really good place and very close to everything. There’s a 24/7 supermarket just 2 mins away. I was in Almaty for study, so it was very convenient to be next to city center where you can reach places by feet. Cozy apartment, very clean and tidy area around the building.

Some small things in the kitchen such as hand towel and a small pan for cooking porridge was missing, but I contacted the host and she organized everything very fast. Thanks a lot to the host for her quick responses. So I would not really say that I did not like something, because there is everything what you need.
