Plusieurs points négatifs : l’emplacement en face d’un cabaret et d’une chicha, ce qui provoque beaucoup de bruit la nuit ; il manque beaucoup d’équipements de cuisine ainsi que dans la salle de bain ; les équipements présents sont en mauvais état ; et les matelas sont également en très mauvais état
