Aisali Apartments

The apartment is good and clean. The view is even better then it seems from the photo and location is really nice. The host is nice and responsive.

The bed was too soft for us. And we wish there were more surfaces to leave things, like bedside tables or chairs.

Most of the time my spouse and I prepared breakfast at home and enjoyed the view of city through window . There are many skyscrapers , buildings , constantly moving traffic , and pretty morning scenery of nature.

It was our first time in Astana and there is nothing we didn't loved about it . Apartment itself is newly built , clean, so many places to visit and all of them were nearby , there was no time for bad emotions and thoughts . Will return definitely not more but many times to Astana !!!!! We felt in love with it !!

Cleanliness, brand new building, looks exactly as described, convenient location, responsive staff. Disposable slippers, towels and toiletries.

Self check-in assumes guests either accessing apartment (for the first time only) either via underground parking or waiting at the unit’s entrance for others to go through it - but it was straightforward; took me <5 mins. After that, RFID card is available for pickup, hence overall, a very minor inconvenience.
