Great Cozy Apt in the heart of the city TU116

호스트가 정말 친절합니다. 숙소에 도착하기까지의 안내를 아주 자세히 해 주고 숙소 시설에 대해 문제 제기하면 빨리 처리해 줍니다. 위치도 판필로프 공원 근처라 좋습니다. 숙소가 10층에 있어 도시를 조망하기에도 좋습니다. 침대도 크고 거실 공간도 넉넉해서 짐을 맘대로 펼쳐 놓을 수 있습니다. 4박 하는 동안 편안하게 지냈습니다.

시설이 다소 오래되어 삐걱거리는 게 있었지만 호스트가 해결해 줍니다. 수압이 좀 약합니다.

Everything was so nice

Host was fantastic. He was helpful, responsive and welcoming. Although I put up some grievances of mine with him, he accepted them in a very positive note without at all losing cool or denying them. Property was very good, clean, well maintained and spacious. All amnieties were prest and in good working condition. Our toilet had a bath tub which I liked a lot.

4 families went together in this trip, out of whom, 3 families booked ourselves in the same building in 3 different apartments belonging to 3 diferent property owners/hosts, all booked through booking.com. My host was the only one to charge a deposit fee, which he did refund but the money got blocked for the period of stay. Toiletries could be improved (provided insufficient). One of the hosts in one of my friend's apartment kept a box of chocolates as a welcome gift, which we missed.
