The host was very helpful and they even allow us to stay several hours after chech-out the last day cause our flight was late. We had some business meetings at Atakent Expo and the apartment was just 10 minutes away.

The property is very nice and well-maintained. The space in the apartment has been fully utilized, and all luxuries are provided. The kitchen is beautifully made, and all utensils are provided. The host is very humble, warm, and helpful. We had an internal flight, so there was an issue with luggage, and the host kept our luggage and helped us a lot. Overall, it was a very good experience. If anyone is planning to come to Almaty, they should definitely stay in this apartment.

I like everything in the apartment. The vibes, the looks, the finishes of the apartment, cleanliness, very accessible, safe place and nearby places. I like the very small details like coffee machine, towels, books, condiments, cooking equipment. Everything is very well put together. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Almaty, this is highly recommended. Alexander is very very very nice host as well 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Easy smooth communication with the host, easy check 24/7. Apartment has it all new including all the necessary items such as umbrella, tooth brush, all chemicals, toiletries , welcome min set for breakfast e.g. eggs , oil, cookies, tea, coffee. Nice crisp bedding, white hotel type towels and robes for 2 pax

A small coffee table would add extra comfort

I really enjoyed staying here. The apartment is correctly equipped & quite comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary items for cooking. There is a coffee maker, microwave, fan & etc. The spacing, the light and the furniture, everything is excellent. Feels very safe at night, the neighborhood is quite too. The location is excellent. The owner is very friendly & is ready to help.
