A spacious apartment in a nice neighborhood. It has two decent size rooms, plenty of storage and even a piano. Big living room, decent kitchen, small balcony, almost perfect. Couldn't figure out how to turn the oven on, stoves need some fixing although one of them works, and he could replace some of the kitchen utensils. Other than that - it was a great experience. Roman is really a great guy, and speaks decent English.

nice and big two bedroom flat with quite and natural environment:) 3 km away from the city centre, it was a nice experience to stay here for 7 days. Roman is helpful and friendly, strongly recommended!

A large apartment in the central part of Almaty. It is located not far from Abay street. However it was absolutely calm and quiet during our stay in this apartment. We visited Almaty in November - December, the weather was cold and freezing, but it was warm in our apartment. Heating system was working quite good. The owner of the apartment was friendly, punctual and helpful. We didn't have any problem during our stay.
