ONLY the view

The view was breathtaking, and the apartment itself was spacious. There were enough beds and the furniture was fine. Then the surprise started… 1) There was no stable electricity!! ⚡️🔌 I have been to Lebanon a few months ago, so I understand that generators are necessary. Unfortunately, the apartment owner either did not have a generator or chose not to use it. God knows why! Because of this, we had no air conditioning and almost no hot water. We were 6 girls traveling together, and we actually had to make a shower schedule because the hot water was so limited. 😅 The electricity was extremely weak. A very small heater would immediately cut the power. Even a simple Rush Brush hair dryer caused the electricity to shut down. The apartment is located in the mountains, where the weather is very cold, so this situation was completely unacceptable. 2) Another very confusing and uncomfortable situation 💰💸 Before traveling, we chose two rooms on Booking. However, when we arrived, Madame Aida herself convinced us to take one apartment instead. We agreed with her, confirmed the price, and paid the full amount UPFRONT for 6 nights. AFTER 4 days, she came back asking us to pay extra money for the second room we originally booked on Booking, even though we were already staying in one apartment, exactly as she suggested and exactly as we paid for. To make things more confusing, when we checked the price of the chosen apartment on Booking, we found that we had already fully covered the cost!!! There was no reason to ask for any additional payment. When we explained that we won’t pay more money because it’s completely not fair and we had already planned our finances, she said: خلص اللي تقدروا تدفعوه! 😃 I’m not sure if this was a favor or a charity thing?? Not a paid service with a clear agreement! 3) Security Issue 🚪 Another serious issue was about privacy.

Wonderful place and a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our time there the owner was so nice and the man who works there was so respectful and helpful very recommended

I like the location, the host they're very friendly, and quite place .

The apartment isn't clean enough, and especially the bed sheets and the pillows aren't clean at all
