Hivernage - Stylish APT in the Heart of the City

The property is in a good location. Just a minutes walking distance from the mall and other facilities. Rooms are spacious and all facilities work and are ready to be used for you. The owner is nice and fast responding to any inquiries with a positive attitude. The apartment security staff is welcoming and always helpful without expecting tips.

Some things in the apartment are tired and need updating, but it's only for western standards. If you would ever stay in a riad or other place you will see that this place is in reality in good shape compared to others.

We loved that it was in a great location (next to Menara Mall ), very quiet relaxing complex within walking distance of shopping, entertainment, and grocery stores. It felt very safe. The host was super accommodating and easy to reach if there were issues. The one bedroom apartment was clean and stylish , everything worked as expected.

Many things 1. Broken toilet seat 2. No toilet paper 3. Unpainted 4. Cheap synthetic bedding 5. No bin 6. Had to pay the cleaning lady as an extra tarrif 7. No bath mat outside the shower

The host Zakaria was very welcoming and helped with any query we had. He was very responsive when we messaged him. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the big swimming pool.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Fantastic location, easy accessible to most places in Marrakesh. Host was so helpful and was on call for any questions we had. apartment had an amazing swimming pool which is needed in the Marrakesh heat.
