Amazing stay! Everything was excellent: the cleanliness, the location, and especially the staff. The reception team was always kind, professional, and welcoming, with a smile every day. The ladies in the kitchen and housekeeping were also wonderful, always friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast was excellent and served with so many smiles that it made every morning special. I have never stayed in a place with such amazing people. More than a hostel, it feels like being part of a family. Thank you for everything. I will definitely be back soon!

L’emplacement , personnel accueillant , petit déjeuner frais délicieux

Réservation d’une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux pour deux nuits, mais nous avons eu un lit double. Après réclamation, nous avons obtenu un remboursement de 40 €, geste commercial appréciable. En revanche, nous avons dû changer de chambre après la première nuit car elle était attribuée à un autre client, ce qui est vraiment contraignant pour un séjour aussi court. Il y avait aussi beaucoup de bruit le soir avec la diffusion d’un match à 23:00, ce qui n’aide pas à se reposer. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est censé commencer à 9h, mais même à cette heure-là, tout n’est pas encore installé. Dommage, car avec une meilleure organisation, l’expérience aurait pu être bien meilleure.

L’emplacement est top et la terrasse est agréable

La salle de bain n’est pas confortable (pas de tapis de bain et le bac de douche déborde rapidement)

Il faut se garer un peu loin, avec les bagages Difficile à trouver dans les petites ruelles Mais une fois arrivée, c’est nickel

Everything is clean staff are very nice the location is amazing they have a magical view

Very kind and helpful staff, breakfast was lovely and the location was ideal. Terrace was beautiful and quiet.

Double room and shower was a little cramped, toilet and shower don’t have a separation which made it a little messy. Fan in the room was very loud and noisy, could not use it however thankfully it was not very hot in the evenings.
