Apartments Tadic

I booked an apartment at Tadic and in the conformation it said check in at 12.00 we where there at 12.10 and nobody was there. I called the owner 2 times and he just hang up, the 3 time he answered and told me he did not receive any booking. After he said: okay I will send the cleaning, come back at 13.00. I ask him politely if he could do it faster or give another room because we just walked up a mountain for 30 min with full packing and a one year old little baby. He answered max 30 min and the cleaning will come and the room will be ready. The door to the room was upen and we could see the used bed and used sheets. We went trough the room and waited in the garden. We saw the cleaning people come (they did not see us) and they just made the bed WITHOUT changing the sheets, and put the used towels back in the toilet. I called him and confronted him, first he denied it and when I told him I saw it with my own eyes he hang up. I called him again and ask him to change the towels and sheets or give another room. Then he said we can not get a room and he don't have time for this and we must cancel our booking, I told him we can not because the room is pre-paid and non refundable and I would lose my money. Still he refuse and say I have to do it. I got a full refund from booking.com but that that alone would not in anyway justify the hassle of a mountain marathon walk for 30 min with a little baby and full packing and then wait 30 min to just have to go back on booking.com and find a new place and then go all the way back down again in 30 degrees. Worst place ever!

The bed was comfortable. The shower was okay.

They didn't clean not even once for 9 days, didnt't change the sheets, nor towels. No bathroom amenities neither toilet paper. Location - very bad and bumpy road. Be careful with your car. Spiderwebs in the kitchen and under the bed.
