It is very clean, nicely arranged, pleasant, and sunny. The view is phenomenal, and the property manager and the lady who does the cleaning are extremely pleasant and always available for any assistance.

I think it is very hard to find a flaw in a property like this. Heartfelt recommendations!

A very beautiful and soulful place. The apartments are located in the fairy-tale town of Prčanj, not far from Kotor. It’s not as noisy as in Kotor itself, with no hustle and bustle. Getting there is quite easy and convenient. The apartments are situated on an elevation, which is very pleasant to walk up to. Clean, cozy, with friendly staff. All the appliances in the house work perfectly, there is all the necessary kitchenware, a washing machine, a comfortable bed, and a lovely terrace. And the view from the windows — that’s a whole story in itself. A view worth a million!

The view was amazing, and the neighbours were very friendly.

The view from the apartment was lovely looking out over the bay. The apartment was well stocked with everything you would need for self-catering. Although it was further from the main town than we thought, there was some lovely restaurants and local bakery and market within 15 mins walk which were great for an evening meal.

The location was further from the main town than expected so needed to have a car or use the local bus but it was hard to know the times. The tv had its own mind as it seemed to switch off when we wanted to change a channel. Also to be aware that they want to be paid in cash so to make sure you have enough with you.

The property is well equipped, especially the kitchen and you want to cook from home it’s possible. The view is spectacular and the area is very quiet in overall. Please note that the building is located on the hill, but the whole country is like the this, so cannot complain on that. The communication with the owner and the facility manager was smooth and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay.

The sofa was uncomfortable.

The view is absolutely incredible. Just amazing. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Apartment itself is very clean, had everything we needed for a few days and was very comfortable.

Both the host and the property manager were wonderful hosts. They were thoughtful and friendly, always willing to make my stay comfortable. There is nothing to say about the view, it is simply amazing. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay; kitchen utensils, washing machine, air conditioning and other things. Towels, toilet paper were enough for my stay, they left coffee, detergent and fresh water for me, very thoughtful. The location is nice, you can find restaurants and markets around on foot.

you have to climb a steep slope to reach the apartment, it wasn't problem for me because I rented car. Location is good but little far away from Kotor old town, so I recommend to rent a car for comfortable stay.
