I really can’t imagine a better apartment for our stay in Dobrota. The apartment was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The seaview from the apartment is absolutely incredible! The hosting family was kind, generous, and warm. The property is beautifully maintained. The location is perfect with a bus stop right outside and grocery stores within walking distance. It is easy to walk to Kotor old town, and the view along the walk is breathtaking. Absolutely absolutely recommend this place, and will definitely be returning as soon as possible.

Nothing, everything was phenomenal

The host was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about what activities we could do and if we had any questions he would help us immediately overall he was very welcoming and you can see he loves his job. The view was amazing , the house was very comfortable everything you’d need is inside from beach umbrella , hairdryer , washing machine, kettle , bikes to go cycling a stove etc. I couldn’t recommend it more :)

Owner is very kind, always taking care of you needs, ready to help and welcomes you warm through the stay, if you decided to stay in kotor, Best option is this. Room was clean, view was perfect from the terrace, and there is perfect restaurants around the apartment.

I liked everything

The view is incredible, the host goes above and beyond and the location is perfect. With Kotor being a popular cruise ship port, it’s nice not to be in the old town during the day. The walk to the old town along the water is beautiful, and there are fantastic restaurants minutes away. The water is steps away, and the space is very functional. AC works perfectly as well. Sitting on the balcony was a highlight. Wonderful stay, couldn’t have asked for more!

Firstly the owner of the property provides outstanding service. He takes absolute pride in his work ensuring that you have the perfect stay in Kotor. He is so friendly and welcoming and provides superb knowledge of the local area and beyond. He will also provide you with suggestions of places to visit, things to do, where to shop, places to swim, walk, see....it really is like having your own personal Tripadvisor. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need but the views from the balcony are to die for.....in the morning you can sit and enjoy your breakfast watching the boats come and go and in the evening relax with a cold drink and watch the sun go down.....I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The cooking stove was basic and took a small time to warm up your food.....but I'm being really picky here because in truthfulness I was never in a hurry and this hardly registers as a dislike.

We stayed for 5 nights and were thoroughly well looked after! Communication with Nebo was brilliant in the lead up to checking in and there is really helpful signage for Apartment Biser from both of the suggested parking locations. Nebo made us feel at home from the very beginning, giving a bottle of wine, fruits and some homemade chocolate cake during the stay. Location is great with a shop and bakery really close by, and some wonderful restaurants on the bay front (great recommendations from Nebo). There are some public beaches within walking distance too (one really close at the bottom of the road) and Nebo provides you with additional towels to use at the beach. It’s about 25 mins walk into Kotor Old Town but there is plenty to do in Dobrota and beyond! The view from the balcony was stunning and so relaxing. Sun on the balcony from mid afternoon. Book to stay here without hesitation!

Nebo's apartment location was perfect. A walk/drive away from the old town by promenade meant we got all the luxury of being close to the bay without the busy traffic. The views from the porch are incredible and will never cease to amaze. The apartment was immaculate and kitted out with everything we could possibly need. Nebo helped us with all recommendations and advice for travelling around Montenegro & kindly booked the boat tour for us too, which is worth a go! There is a bakery at the top of the street from the apartment, which is also fabulous and super cheap. We would buy some pastries and enjoy them on the porch with coffee and views from the apartment. We honestly couldn't fault this stay. It added to our trip to Montenegro so much, and we loved every second of it.

Everything was perfect. We will visit again and tell friends as well.

It's hard to remember how much we liked. In a good way. It's the first time I've wanted to give more than 10. The short version - fantastic location (perfect view), very well equipped, spotless, comfortable bed and a very friendly host. The detail - *the view really is as good as the photo - we spent a whole morning sitting and looking at it - and very near the edge of the bay * a cheap bus service up and down the coast, with a bus stop close by( Hotel Huma or Kamp) * two wine glasses, a bottle opener and, wait for it, a proper kettle, which is a luxury for tea-loving souls and a rarity in the Balkans, which brings me to *Nebo's understanding of his visitors - to mention two out of many - we liked walking so he suggested the walk along the road between Perast and Risan, which was perfect for us, and, having mentioned we liked growing things, he brought spring onions out of his garden * lovely added touches - home-baked poppy seed cake, a bottle of local wine, water. fruit etc etc And , despite the above, very keenly priced.

Nothing, one of the best, if not the best places we've stayed..... but just so you know we haven't been paid, we should mention it's about a 2.5 km walk to the Old Town ( but what a walk - we did it several times) and, whilst the buses are regular, traffic at busy times can...sometimes - make the timetable a little variable, but it's worth it AND there are lots of taxis and, if you can walk, do!
