Aria Apartments

We absolutely loved our stay here. Our host Lavijinia was warm, welcoming and very helpful.Great quiet location, but also very close to the town and it's amenities. It is a spacious modern apartment with one of the best views I ever had 😊 - take a look at the view from the balcony!

Together with my partner and 3 month old daughter we have just enjoyed 7 nights at the Aria apartments. It was a great base for exploring Kotor Bay and beyond. We loved our time in Montenegro. Lavinija was a welcoming, communicative and responsive host. The apartment is spacious, light and clean as pictured. We would recommend a stay here. The views from the balcony were amazing and we enjoyed our moring coffees from here.

The walk into town is approximately 20-25 minutes. Some of this is along a busy road and other parts was along a road with no foot path. We found it beneficial to have a car when staying here.

I do highly recommend this place to stay. Very hospitable host, fantastic view on mountains and Kotor bay, clean and cozy apartment that has everything you may need. I think that's the first time I'm setting 10 score ever.

We loved the breath taking view of Kotor & the location of the appartment. Lavinija collected us up from the bus station & she was very helpful during our stay. She is suxh a nice lady & an excellent host!!

The hill going up to the appartment was very steep. We had to use an extension lead to plug in the kettle which was dangerous but apart from that all was excellent!!

I'll add informatorom that some older people could not attend to the appartment. You have to make really harsh walk to the appartment. It's really steep walk.

It was our first time to visit Kotor and we really enjoyed our stay in Aria Apartments. Apartment is well equipped, modern, with all necessary tools. Separately want to mention balcony with impressive view, the best in the town. Special thanks to the host Lavinija, she was very kind and made my wife’s birthday perfect. Also would like to mention about the most cute receptionists in the complex, couple of dogs with their puppies, which will meet you each time you come , so prepare treats for them!

Loved these apartments! Loved the view from th3ebalcony, that was amazing to look at every day with a coffee. I actually liked that the apartment was away from the from the intense busy-ness of Kotor! The apartment was so clean and fresh, excellent shower. And Lavinija was the friendliest and most helpful host ever - thank you to Lavinina! X

First and foremost the great positive aspect of this place is the owner - Lavinija is very responsive, helpful and made our arrival easy & gave us lots of local directions. For people considering travelling to this place by car there is great parking spot just outside, it's numbered parking space so that's great. As for the apartment itself as it was mentioned in other comments it has tremendeous view over the Kotor Bay so you can watch sunrise or chill in the evening watching the lights over the bay. The equipment inside is more than enough for even longer stay as it was in our case, you have washing machine, fully functioning kitchen and dining table. It's highly recommended to have a car to travel locally and visit other coastal cities, beaches as well as drive upward amazing Kotor serpentine with views reaching even outside the bay and mountains. Great place for holiday & perfect apartment!
