The pool was nice

My room was really shabby, nothing like the rest of the hotel. The bathroom had a persistent bad smell and the furniture was all very old and damaged. The location was really far from anything of interest, only close to a really busy beach. Other guests were really noisy and there was nothing to stop them hanging out by the pool at 2am, which was right outside my room.

Big room with great balcony. A bit dar from the town but manageble . 20mins wall from bus Station. Plenty of restaurants around.

No tea bags in the room.

"Nice pool with view."

There were some decent restaurants near by and it was walkable distance even for old town. Lots of atractions in Beach near by. The view was nice From roof top pool.

The door of the room was broken, so every time we needed to call reseption for help. There were no lift in the hotel.

The property itself is really nice. Close to the beach and many restaurants and coffee shops. The staff and receptionist are very friendly and helpful if you need help during the stay or you need any recommendations. :) lovely

The only thing is that the boiling kettle in my room was not working when I needed it at midnight. So Idk who I could have asked for. But other than that everything was perfect

Izrazito nekulturni i bezobrazni domaćini. Nismo dobili potvrdu smještaja, pa smo bili prinuđeni bukirati drugi smještaj. Iako nismo autorizirani plaćanje booking je skinuo sredstva sa računa. Kada smo vidjeli da su sredstva skinuta cca dva sata od pokušaja rezervacije odmah smo reagirali prema smještaju i prema bookingu. Booking nam je rekao da povrat ovisi o smještaju. Nisu htjeli vratiti sredstva ali su nam ponudili korištenje smještaja drugi put. Kada smo ih pitali za smještaj slijedeći dan rekli su da im je slobodna jedna soba. Nakon toga da je u dobi slomljen prozor pa da je ne mozemo koristiti, a nakon toga da možemo koristiti sobe i 9 mjeseci. Prepiska i zavlačenje je trajalo cijelo večer i slijedeće jutro.

Odnos prema gostima, obmanjivanje i laganje.
