Villa Dea

Amazing villa with beautiful views. We hired it out for a group of 10 friends to celebrate a 50th birthday. It was a great base for those to go exploring that wanted to, while others relaxed around the pool. Zagorka, the owner, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the booking process and our stay.

Amazing Villa in a great location. Superb views. Handy for local shops. Waterside walks 10 mins drive from the centre of Kotor.

Magisk utsikt. Rent och fräscht. Så skönt med många toaletter och duschar då vi var ett stort sällskap. Poolen var väldigt ren och fin. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam värd.

Views from the property are unreal, absolutely beautiful. Property was totally spotless and had everything you need. Towels were changed halfway through our stay which was great. Communication with owners was fantastic throughout. Villa is right on a blueline busstop and the 'City Market' shop at the end of the road was well stocked and very handy!

Some of the bedrooms downstairs were quite small doubles however wasn’t a major issue as there was 9 of us

The house was in pristine condition, far better than our expectations based on reviews and exactly like the photos. We came at the beginning of the season and it seemed freshly restored. Everything worked well, even the small stuff like TV channels and coffee machines. Additionally, the view and location were great. Zagorka was excellent in her communication and always went the extra mile to make sure everything was right. She allowed us to check in late at night, gave us recommendations and was always on call if we had an issue. We even left some money behind and she transferred it to us straight away.

The garage door controller was a challenge for us and we ended up just keeping the garage open. The blinds in the rooms can be operated by remotes in other rooms so if you don't brief everyone on how to use the remotes, they could be changing settings for the whole house instead of just their room. Both pretty minor inconveniences rather than issues and did not mar our experience.

Hospitality was second to none. We had issues with flights and luggage and the hosts made it like the issues did not exist.
