Libra Apartments

Everything was perfect. Beautiful spacious apartment for 2 people; Price was good, around 30e per night. Mandarines were absolutely fantastic. We especially liked that apartment was in the area, where you can see authentic living. Short walk to the center (under 1km); to the AirPort 25-30min (by foto).

Property was really nice. Please note: taxi prices are way more higher than in Finland. Tivat is really small town and from the AirPort to the center is 3,6km (walking distance 30min, nice road). Standard taxi price to the center is 10e, but lots of taxies shouting “good price, good price” and charging 20e - this is insane :) Local bus to Kotor 2e per person, from bus station to Budva 4e per person.

Lovely apartment. We stayed in the property for 7 nights, it was a 20 minute walk into the centre of Tivat which had amenities and beaches. Apartment is up a hill so be wary if you have any mobility issues this was fine for us as we knew this before booking and were happy with this. Apartment was lovely and clean had one bedroom with a double and single bed, a lounge area, kitchen and outdoor seating. Bathroom was fitted with a washing machine which was very useful! Apartment was air conditioned. Hosts were amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Gentleman who owned the apartments lived in the top one so nearby if any issues arise. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent apartment. Friendly and helpful hosts. Clean and comfortable. Has everything I needed for a 9-night stay in Tivat. I am picky about cleanliness and I saw no problems at all. There was a small kitchenette, a clothes washer, heater, dining table with power outlet next to it, and all of the usual amenities. The host helped me when I needed to arrange a taxi. There is a small orchard of positively wonderful organic citrus right outside the door (mandarins, oranges, and grapefruit.) There is a bit of a walk from town, with some uphill, but that was a plus for me as I wanted the exercise. There is a market and petrol station nearby for quick trips to get basic items.

In general in Tivat the internet connections were not great. This apartment had better internet than I ever got outside, even at nice cafes near Porto Montenegro. I did have to restart my devices a couple of times to get WiFi working, but I suspect that is a problem with the local area, not the apartment.

Apartment owners were very friendly and approachable. The apartment was very clean. Kitchen utensils more than met our needs.

The location of the apartment is very good as a view, but the slope is very steep. It would be better if there was air conditioning in the bedroom.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. Mario and his family were so friendly, it makes our holiday really comfortable! If you’ll stay here, you’ll have all what you need, it’s near the centre of city, but you need to be ready to go to walk uphill if you don’t have a car.

Cute apartment. Not too far from the center. Super market nearby. The owner gave us some fruits from his garden ☺️

Great for a short-term stay but it’s on the hill so might be tiring for a longer stay if you don’t have a car.

Good place to stay. Nice host.

Extra payments at tourist center, I didn't mind, but didn't expect it.
