Good views of the sea. Great air conditioning. Clean. Balcony. Upgraded to apartment due to owners mistake. Spacious. Lots of parking. Easy to find from main road.

Drain in toilet floor broken. Nearly had to change rooms during our two night stay due to owners mistake but this was rectified and we stayed in an upgraded room in the end.

We really liked our hosts who live in the same house. Their hospitality was superb. Communication was easy and we were very happy with them recommending us best restaurants in the area. The best part of the apartment is the patio where we spent a few hours every morning and evening. The walk to the beach is straightforward, down the hill. The exercise you get from coming back gives a sense of accomplishment. Driving in and out is easy and parking is not complicated and off the road. The kitchen is a bit small to prepare any sort of a meal, other than to boil eggs. If you do not intend to cook much, it is sufficient. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

The room was much bigger than I expected and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect close to restaurants and the beach. The owners are very friendly and made are stay perfect. I would definitely recommend and return.

It was first trip to Montenegro to Sv. Stefani in June for me and my family. The apartment perfectly matches my expectations all is clean and nice, the balcony sea view and mountains are wonderful. Around growing beautiful trees and flowers.The 3 public beaches near the apartment. The sea water is clean and warm. The owners are so open and caring.

My partner & I visited for a long weekend in Montenegro and we're over the moon with our stay in Sveti Stefan. The hosts couldn't do enough for us and were very friendly, hospitable & accommodating throughout the stay. Nica welcomed us with a complimentary drink & local snack. The room was okay yet very clean alongside an amazing sea view from our balcony. With free parking and only a 10/15 minute walk to the beach, l'd highly recommend to stay with Nica at her apartment. Value For Money.

Our stay in Sveti Stefan was just dreamy and exceeded our expectations! Firstly, although we arrived late, we were greeted with the warmest hosts ever who offered us tea and coffee and a homemade treat that they made to have with our hot drinks. They also were kind to arrange dinner for my friend and they cooked one of the best fish dishes we had in a while. Did i mention we also got a room upgrade? Yes! Courtesy of the lovely hosts. They helped us with a detergent for our laundry and helped with arranging printing of our bus tickets too. The apartment was super clean and had a sea view which was even more gorgeous. The apartment is in Sveti Stefan and you can easily walk about 1mins to a bus stop to a bus that will take you to Budva city centre. It is a walkable distance to the amazing view of the Sveti stefan resort form the pictures that are popular and you can just walk down to the beach and take in the view of the resort from all angles. My friend and i walked along the coast from Sveti stefan to budva and bumped into so many amazing beaches which were all open and for free since it was low season. Basically we had a great stay!

The overall experience was very good. We arrived a bit late in the evening. The location was good and there was a really nice and big terrace with a nice view. The room was quite big and comfortable. It was very clean too.
