The apartment is very clean and comfortable with a good bed and shower. The patio and views are outstanding! Noise from the clubs near old town was not an issue and I slept great every night.

Walking the steep hill day after day is a bit tiresome. WIFI was a bit hit or miss during my stay. Acceptable for casual use, but may be a challenge for those needing to work. Overall, I would not hesitate to return.

Some of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Everything inside is spotless — and I mean spotless. The place is clearly brand new, with high‑quality furniture, modern finishes, and attention to every detail. You can see they didn’t cut corners anywhere. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need — a big fridge, microwave, plenty of dishes, even a proper sink setup if you want to cook. The living space is cozy but stylish, and the bedroom is super comfortable with fresh linens and great lighting. The terrace is the real star — a huge space with a breathtaking view over the city and the sea. There’s even a sun lounger out there, so you can just stretch out and watch the sunset. The hosts are incredibly polite and welcoming — they even left a bottle of wine as a gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything about this place feels high-end but warm at the same time. It’s the kind of apartment where you instantly feel at home but also a little spoiled. Bottom line: The cleanest, nicest, most comfortable apartment I’ve ever stayed in — with a jaw‑dropping terrace view and the kindest hosts. If you’re coming to Ulcinj, this is the place to book.

Дуже приємний власник.Через три дні поміняли рушники.Все було дійсно на вишому рівні.Вид з вікна неперевершений.З четвертої ранку муедзін всіх будить на молитву.Поруч безліч магазинчиків з сувенірами,розвагами і речами.Ціни приємно шокували. За 40 км. знаходиться Албанія,і була чудова можливість туда поїхати.Але майте на увазі,що їхати бажано ранком,бо пробка в обід затягнулася на пару кілометрів.

Похід до пляжу,ще той квест.Якщо йти на пляж,то це вниз,а назад треба добрі 20 хвилин різко підніматися.Треба мати на увазі,що все місто розташовано на горах. Поняття дорожнього руху не існує взагалі.До власників претензій взагалі немає.Це не їх вина.

Very beautiful view from the porch. The whole apartment complex was cleaned every day by the owner. Nice kitchen.

It's on a steep hill so eventhough it is close to the beach every time you come back to your apartment from the beach you come exhausted and sweaty. We had few glass shards in our room.

Апартамент е просторен и светъл,има прекрасна гледка към морето и града.Чисто.Домакина е много приятен човек.Близко е до центъра и градският плаж.Храната в Улцин е хубава,има всякакъв вид кухня- месните ястия, пицарии и сладкарници.Апартамента е оборудван с кухня, някой ако има предпочитания да приготвя храна може да го направи.Отново бихме посетители мястото.
