Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Super lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko.

Jedynym minusem są cienkie ściany – dość wyraźnie słychać dźwięki z klatki schodowej i sąsiednich mieszkań. To jednak typowa cecha starszego budownictwa.
