Asunto oli valoisa, moderni, tilava ja mukavasti sisustettu. Sijainti oli loistava ja avaimettomuus toi helppoutta.

Ainoa puute oli palovaroittimien puuttuminen, niitä ei ollut missään huoneessa. Tämä asia olisi hyvä saada kuntoon.
