Spacious, all necessary facilities included, quiet area, clean, good location.

Lacks better lighting in bathroom, definitely needs better ventilation as it feels humid in the apartment, missing sockets next to bed.

Nice quiet street, a big park nearby. Beautiful and comfortable apartment, did not hear any noise, everything needed was available. Quick communication with the owner.

Very close to downtown. Parking on street 100m away, in a cheaper zone

Flat not located on first floor, but in minus one (though well kept and with some sun)
