Street parking is a bit complicated

Cozy and neat apartment.

The location was very good, in modern neighberhood, in the same time not too far from the centre. Apartment small but has everything we needed. Very pleasant stay!

Nothing except the location for our purpose and the place was clean.

I usually don't leave negative comments but truly... 1) First the host communication is zero, she didn't answer my messages after we arrived neither the days after. Which is very unprofessional and disrespectful. 2) Second we mentioned that we'll arrive late around 23pm so we asked if there will be all the necessities at home. The least which is products for shower, nothing was available except water and towels knowing that we arrived very late at night when every shop was closed. No product for laundry, not even one unit, no hairdryer. No tv, 4) Place is much smaller than how it looks on photos and depressing. 3) Bed and sofa aren't comfy, but passable. 4) heating was off, until we turned it on so it was freezing the first night, and imagine with wet hair since there's no hair dryer. 5) Pillows very very old and uncomfortable, and she had the audacity to ask me to leave for her extra pillow tax. (Which wasn't mentioned anywhere when I was booking). Overall, never again and I don't recommend. In the same building complex with relatively similar I had an incomparable experience, where the other place was amazing, fully equipped, quality equipments, and the behavior of the host was much nicer. So I advice to look around and book somewhere else. Don't repeat our bad experience.
