Really in the middle of the city center of Utena. Easy to find. Parking space enough- we come with two cars - perfectly fitting. Parking is private and safe - automatic gate. Appartement itself was basic - but had all what was needed - fridge, air fryer (big plus), coffee machine.

In a property there are few rental options - w egad one in the basement - so kind of muf smell was all the time inside. But I think there is only one of all property rentals in the basement. The rest are on the ground floor. So shouldn’t have bad smell problems

"It was very good, except room temperature."

Everything else

When we arrived temperature of the room was 16°C. AC was turned off. Needed about two hours to get the right room temperature.
