Room was amazing with huge bathroom. Great location!

The stairs with a heavy suitcase in the middle of a summers day. Saw stars and I'm relatively fit.

Everything was absolutely fantastic – the room, the location, the breakfast and the cleanliness. I would especially like to praise the ladies at the reception – they were incredibly helpful, providing us with many useful tips and directions. Their kindness made our stay even more enjoyable!

Excellent communication. Our host on arrival offered a warm friendly welcome, she was very helpful in assisting with trips and travel arrangements throughout. Great location. Very central. In a busy area but rooms sound proofed to mute the noise. Clean and high standard finishes. Would highly recommend.

No check instructions provided until we had arrived which was difficult as we had no service on our phones to access the bdc app. Stairs up to the apartment may be difficult if you have a lot of luggage, but as we were there for a short stay it was fine.

Well appointed room with view

The little balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the Square shown in the picture on bookings com was not attached to the room. It was on the landing downstairs. It was not private and could have been used by any of the guests. There was no communication about check in arrangements or key collection .We messaged the owners several times in advance of our stay but got no reply. We were beginning to think it was all a scam. We rang the owner when we arrived and she came over from a shop across the road with keys. This arrangement could have been explained to us in advance so as to avoid causing us the stress.
