Clean, comfortable, near the beach

The fact it’s a resort.

First, it’s not in Palanga. The landlord should state clearly it’s in Šventoji. Quite far away from the center. I had an issue with a drunk guests. Who decided to have “saslykai” at 22:00. No problem. But the smokes were coming into the flat. The flat is very small. My mother in law slept in the sitting room, which was full of smoke. I had to call twice to the landlord to ask him to speak with the guests. The landlord lives next door, so why he hasnt done this by his initiative? To accommodate the comfort as it’s promised? The house it’s made from very poor materials as you can hear your neighbours- the running shower, the washing machine and etc.
