Sau Tau

1) This is a spacious, spectacularly beautiful 14th-floor apartment in a 20-story high rise. 2) We loved the good views: of the port from the apartment, and of other portions of the city from an open-access balcony across the hall. We enjoyed taking photos from both vantage points. 3) Lots of drawers and cupboards for storage. 4) Well-furnished kitchen. 5) For those driving a car, the parking arrangement is a huge plus: the apartment renter has exclusive access to a designated space in the underground parking garage beneath the building. 6) Although for some travelers it might be a disadvantage, we rather enjoyed that the host had us contact her and then meet us at the foot of the building to get; it was nice to get to know her and to have her walk us through the apartment. 7) It was not far from the ferry to Curonian Spit National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

1) The apartment is located a pretty nondescript modern section of town with few nearby points of interest. 2) We wished we had requested a more thorough walk-through of the very modern appliances during the move-in with the host; admittedly, however, we’re less technologically adept than lots of travelers.

- Big windows and whole city visibility (14th floor) - Underground parking is available

- The flat is quite used up: furniture, materials etc. - We had to meet the landloard for leaving flat and entering (taking keys from the flat and parking), arrange specific times etc.

Inga was really easy to communicate. She was polite and helpful, great host. Bed was comfortable and big enough for two people to sleep. My brother has slept on the sofa in the living room that was comfortable too. All facilities was great, everything what we needed, appreciate iron table with the iron also for extra towels which we asked in advance. Place in general was clean and space full, loved that we could enjoy the balcony too. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

There was nothing that I could complain about, everything was great. Small suggestion would be to have a look at the water filter as water from there tasted funny (maybe a filter needs to be changed). Also wooden board for cutting food would be appreciated.
