Labai gera vieta – šalia parkas ir parduotuvės. Patogus namo išplanavimas. Didelis privalumas – du vonios kambariai, skalbimo mašina ir privati parkavimo vieta.

Labai nuvylė švara – tiksliau, visiškas jos nebuvimas. Vonioje radome purvinus kilimėlius. Po kiekvienų svečių jie privalo būti skalbiami, o šeimininkai turėtų turėti pakankamą jų kiekį keitimui. Apartamentuose buvo paliktas dulkių siurblys, tačiau jo talpa buvo pilnutėlė senų dulkių ir šiukšlių – juo naudotis buvo neįmanoma, tad neaišku, kam jis ten išvis stovi. Virtuvėje esančios keptuvės – itin prastos būklės, jas jau seniai laikas išmesti. Atvažiavus porai dienų tai galbūt tik smulkmenos, bet kai apsistoji ilgesniam laikotarpiui ir su vaikais, tokie trūkumai labai gadina atostogų nuotaiką.
