Patiko savarankiškas ir aiškus įėjimas, švara kambaryje. Radome viską, ko reikia trumpai nakvynei, net keletą pakelių tirpios kavos, arbatos. Taip pat buvo ir plaukų džiovintuvas, lygintuvas, nedidelis šaldytuvas. Lovos patogios, kambarys šiltas. Aš norėjau gerai pailsėti ir išmiegoti, nes prie pat judri gatvė, nėra ko tikėtis stebuklų ir reikia tam pasiruošti, tai turėjau ausų kamštukus, bet atrodo, ir taip buvo gana ramu.

Gal tik bendro koridoriaus išlūžęs grindinys šiek tiek glumino.

Our stay (April 13–16) at Spot Hot Apartments in Vilnius was unfortunately very disappointing and did not meet basic expectations. Upon arrival, the corridor was poorly lit and the flooring was damaged, which felt unsafe and we almost tripped with our luggage. Inside the room, the entrance mat was visibly dirty and had not been vacuumed. Basic amenities were lacking: there was only a nearly empty toilet paper roll, the air freshener was empty, and there was no shower gel at all – despite being assured by email prior to arrival that toiletries would be provided. The shower itself had serious drainage issues, with water accumulating quickly, making it uncomfortable to use. The next morning, after drying, unusual white residue/stains appeared in the shower, raising concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. We had also paid an additional €27 for a better room, but were still given a room with two separate beds. Only a partial refund (€15.09) was issued, leaving €11.91 outstanding. The TV placement made it impossible to watch from the bed, and there were no Lithuanian channels available. Most concerning was the complete lack of service during our 3-night stay: the room was not cleaned, trash was not removed, and supplies (toilet paper, tea, coffee, toiletries) were not replenished at any point. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations, especially considering the price paid (£107.60). We hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both cleanliness and guest service standards.
